Service

These terms govern the services provided by Faru Labs ("we", "us") to our clients ("you").

01Our services

• Websites: landing pages, business websites, portfolio websites, and token/Web3 landing pages, including responsive design, animation and motion, contact form and WhatsApp/Telegram integration, domain and hosting setup, and basic SEO.
• Video and Content: short-form video editing, motion graphics, poster/banner/thumbnail design, and monthly content packages, produced with our partner production team.

02How we work

1. Discovery call: free, no obligation.
2. Proposal: we send a written proposal covering scope, timeline, and a fixed price.
3. Kickoff: work begins after you approve the proposal and pay a 50% advance.
4. Build and review: we build and you review. Review rounds are as specified in your proposal.
5. Launch: after your final review, you pay the remaining 50%, and we deliver files, deploy, and hand everything over.

03Pricing

All pricing is fixed and agreed in writing in your proposal before work begins. We do not publish package prices on our website.

04Your responsibilities

• Provide content, materials, and feedback within the timelines agreed in your proposal.
• Delays in providing materials or feedback may shift the delivery timeline accordingly.

05Intellectual property

Full ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you upon receipt of the final payment. Until final payment is received, all work product remains the property of Faru Labs.

06No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, sales, or revenue. We promise professional, honest work, not results we cannot control.

07Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If a project is terminated after work has begun, our Refund Policy applies: payments made after kickoff are non-refundable, and any outstanding work completed beyond amounts already paid will be billed as detailed in your proposal.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the project in question.

09Resolving disputes

If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion. We believe most issues can be solved with an honest conversation.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when your proposal is signed governs your project.
